Delay in Book Printing (09/09/20)
The book’s availability has been delayed by one week to 10/23/20.

Apparently, the volume of political books during an election year has delayed the publication of many books.

Although the book has not yet been released, a list of references which either arrived too late or remained undiscovered has been added to this website.
