The book has arrived at the warehouses of the publisher, McGraw Hill™, and is now shipping.

On-line resellers in the U.S. should have the book in stock within a week or so.

Apparently, the volume of political books during an election year has delayed the publication of many books.

The book is already available for pre-order at numerous on-line retailers both domestic and international.

The book will be available to readers on October 16, 2020.

Half of the book is in editing; the other half, in production.
